Me too, the more you think about it the more philosophical it gets. Plus has some interesting scenes that I love rewatching it.

I’m more blown away watching the actual stunt work which must have gone into the cinematic history books other than the watching another run of the Matrix Resurrections. You have earned my utmost respect.

So all of the sudden Trinity can fly?? 🤦🏾♂️
Smith was the least (as a business partner of Neo), Trinity was moderate (family plots with bots and a bike mechanic with a handler program) and Neo (blue pills, lonely environment with bots and handler programs in work and those clever therapy sessions) was heavily controlled by the Analyst. The reason why Smith was able to free himself more quickly than Trinity and Neo and this explains why Smith cautioned Neo earlier in the fight scene that he was not ready yet to handle the Analyst.
Without Neo, there is no Smith. Without Trinity, there is no Neo. But because the function of the anomaly or The One is to return to the source at the end of the Revolutions understood by the Analyst later that without Trinity that is without the kiss of Trinity there is no rebirth of the One (at the end of The Matrix 1999). This is exactly the scene when Trinity's kiss to Neo acted as a cause to follow the path of the One. This plot is devised by the Oracle who understands human emotions more than The Architect but unfortunately, there was, even more, a greedier program named the Analyst who knows how to utilize and bring back the conflict within machines in the machine city to settle back to normal (because after the Revolutions people were free to leave the matrix for Zion (according to the pact made by then Neo with the Deus Ex Machina for peace to prevail between humans and machines) and this caused the drop in energy production and the subsequent civil war between machines probably headed by the Analyst crew vs the Architect and the Oracle crew. Meanwhile, the latter lost the war and was purged because of the future the Analyst saw in resurrecting Neo once again who convinced the Suits) as promised to the higher authorities aka The Suits.
All Trinity needed was a kiss from Neo that transferred information mutually about their beliefs (remember Neo's scene with Lexy where he says, "I never believed I was the one but she did. She believed in me. It's my turn to believe in her."). Yet Neo was so influenced that he was still not ready to fly. Only when he was saved from a disastrous jump by Trinity and their real meeting in the real world did Neo gain his belief because it was always Trinity who believed in Neo. The scene where Neo and Trinity embrace head to head exactly reflects a previous one where Neo embraced Cybebe (machine).
The plot exactly tells that everybody is The One and it is the belief that matters in relationship. It is never biased but what unites the belief is Love because it is the genesis of everything. Nothing can exist without love. Love reduced to psycho-physical nature turns out to be lust or biologically speaking it is the procreation (perpetuation and the propagation) of the species.
