I wanted to share some of my favorite vintage + slow fashion finds. As you know I've switched over to sustainable fashion, which includes investing in pieces made under fair trade conditions, buying vintage, and repurposing and reusing well-loved pieces from my own closet.

Love this video and your style! It's so beautifully shot! However can you talk about how slow fashion is almost always unaccessible to plus size women//make a video about it? Other than thrifting from a thrift store, most curated vintage shops (online and on depop) only cater to XS/S/M. I've been wanting to buy vintage, but other than shopthebreak which has the occasional large size, it's so rare to be able to find any bigger sizes in curated vintage or slow fashion sites. I thrift a lot now, but you can't always find what you like or looks good on you when you live in a small town. Thoughts/suggestions/places to look at for girls bigger than a medium or size 8/10?

Some of them are probably on a cheaper side, since it's slow fashion, maybe from thrift stores, pretty sure you can find something similar if you look hard enough ^^

Valery Ivanova I do shop at thrift store and vintage stores in Rome, which is where I live but besides the big cities, in my country there's not really this huge choice, you know? There's no such thing as a thrift store in my hometown, for example. That's why I was checking these dresses prices. Sadly slow fashion can be really expensive for obvious reasons and thrifting is not an option for everybody! But of course this is not a good reason to go back to fast fashion

yeah that's upsetting, but I'm not saying it's a solution for everybody, just an option, hope you'll find somenthing that suits you :)
I watched "The True Cost" a few months ago, which really pushed me toward repurposed clothing. I think it's easy to go cruelty free with makeup and diet, but clothing isn't something we always think about. Great video!
