A coil spring buffer, also known as a coil spring damper or spring cushion, is an aftermarket product mounted on a coil spring component in a car suspension. Generally, this spring buffer is made of rubber, polyurethane, or silicone, which is attached right between the spring rods of the coil spring.
Based on its use, this spring buffer has a function similar to the strut bump stopper installed in the middle of the shock absorber rod. However, specifically for this aftermarket spring buffer, it is installed in the coil spring.
If the strut bump stopper will directly collide with the shock absorber, the coil spring buffer is only squeezed between the coil spring rods.

After hearing this point from you, i could remember when i bought new 2014dzire and drive in salem to bangalore highway by single drive, when turning i felt a little body roll in turning @110
But with full family driving, i never felt like that... new car just after 2 months,
so the car manufacture has to do some thing in suspensions in performance when single and fully loaded conditions...

Hi brother. I am planning to buy car in this month. I am a new driver. My usage is very normal in highway 60% city 40%. I really confused between brezza VXI and nexon pure as both cost same. Personally i liked nexon but my worry about engine reliability. I can live with small vibration but engine should not stop in the middle of road. Can i trust Nexon and buy that or go with brezza. Please suggest. Your opinion means alot.
Nexon is one of the better tata products when it comes to reliability..if you have a better dealership for Tata near you then it's better...

Would suggest you Brezza. Go for Nexon Diesel if budget permits; 3 cyl petrol engine for such a heavy body might make it less reliable in long run.
