yeah, safety is key here. lack of a hose end adapter could cause a problem if that filler valve doesn't seat. Could cause a release of liquid that you cannot stop (gas leak), and it would get you fired. Mandatory to have them now. Also, using wheel chocks is mandatory as well - Another terminal offense. PPE is huge too. Not sure how well insulated some of those gloves are. The industry standard are those Orange monkey grip insulated gloves. The stink link you know what from getting wet with sweat, but they save your hands.
I get what you’re saying about the nozzle adapter. I worked at Ferrellgas for 3 years and to be honest they were helpful but sometimes they still wouldn’t stop the filler valve from leaking. Sometimes I’d have to put 2 on it to get it to stop. They need to make them better. I can’t remember the brand Ferrellgas used but I believe they were top brand.

PPE?!?!?!???????
Ez peezy!
Tank should be at least 10ft from A/C unit. Tank shouldn't have been filled.
This stuff makes me feel like a caveman, we hand write all of our tickets lol.
Lol. Same here
that is old school , i'm surprised your not using buckets to fill the tanks.
Does not have a hose safety also tank to close to AC needs 10 feet. Also chock your truck. Was in this business 40 years.
