Main goal of these video concept ideas:
My main goal for these kind of videos is to be as creative as possible!
Let me explain:
- Firstly, my very first channel Mixeli (But also my latest one Volipok) post tons of Gameplays from Every Generation (Which once again was played and recorded by myself in it's entirety. It took me many years of works.)
My video have Educational Value and let me explain why: It does provide help to the user who watch the video. One of the few example for that is which musics is played from my gameplays. It could easily be found on video cards (The exclamation mark "!" you see on the video above at the right) and vice versa. (This mean that on this video for example, you could also find my actual battle gameplays of where this music is played)
- Secondly, My video are transformative enough, I took the time to play the game and recording the musics. I took the time to improve it's original quality using Vegas Pro. Thanks to a program called "Track EQ" that you can find on Vegas Pro.
This program allow the user to enhance it's original quality and further improving it. This need concentration as each version has different audio quality.
- Thirdly and as you have noticed: On each Generation, I use different background that I bought on a website called Shutterstock. (Which I have bought at least 336 pictures background, just so I can become as creative as possible and also work on a lot of different style using those background)
This kind of concept was created by myself since 2011. Today it has become one of the main concept of my channel that I personally created.
- Lastly is to bring the community together. I have noticed that so many people are commenting and giving their opinions on the video, sharing their experience about characters from the game, confirming theory, saying funny stuff and I find this extremely amazing and interesting! I don't want their comment to be unnoticed so I have plan for the future of my content about commenting and sharing their experience on videos that I will produce one day!

@@Iwanttoblowmybrainsoutrn I've seen Gen 5 getting way more love recently (not just from the Pokemon Masters devs). People hated that it embraced sprites and pixels instead of making the jump to 3D, but now that the hot takes have cooled down, more are seeing the beauty of it.

Gen 3 was about maintaining the balance between Nature and mankind
Gen 4 was about myths and legends
Gen 5 Was about the world not being as Black and White as it seems
Gen 6 was about enjoying life's beauty
Gen 7 was about respecting the world around you, even if that world has hidden dangers
Pokemon has taught me a lot over the years and changed my ideals forever. I love this series and plan to stick with it as long as possible.
The lone Marowak I wonder what gen 8 would be.....maybe tradition vs innovation?

It sucks how many regard the Gen 5 games as the worst in the series. Coming from a Pokemon vet(started in Gen 1), these games were phenomonal. Well into the future, if Pokemon still keeps on going, I'll look back and will forever recognize Gen 5 as a HIGH point for this franchise, not one of its lows.
For me, Gen 5 was the best.I really enjoyed playing it. Even the anime was awesome to me :)

It's fine, no worries! However, my perspectives have changed quite a bit, so I don't find it 'awesome' but 'moderately good', if you don't mind :)
What I liked in BW:
- N's Story and his role in the plot in general. It needs no words :P
- CIlan and Iris. As much as people found them annoying, I found them to be quite interesting characters. Iris was undoubtedly the better when compared to Cilan because her story and personality is quite different when compared to the previous Pokegirls. She was quite independent and she develops quite well. Her taming Hydreigon and such scenes showed her connection with Dragon type Pokemon quite well.
Cilan was interesting too but sometimes, he became annoying :P
- Team Plasma and Colress. Colress, I have to say had quite a change of personality. However, in light of his membership with Team Plasma, he was resonant with evil just like Team Plasma is known much for. His devices to force Pokemon into becoming more powerful than they could be was devilish and quite disgusting. That was done well.
Ghetsis and team Plasma were just as evil. They did not hesitate to torment Pikachu and Ash to gain the Light Stone from N. That showed their personality.
-Movies were quite fine. The Genesect movie was nicely done.
-The aggressiveness of Team Rocket was new but only slightly interesting. Because, the changes would be and were reversed once again which is not well done. The trio known for its hilarious failures becoming first-class villains in a fortnight is illogical.
-Oshawott is hilarious.
- The Decolore Island season was worthless but enjoyable quite a bit.
I used to like Charizard's appearance but disliked it because it was only a 'safety-valve' to speak. Ash's persona in BW and Trip's hatred towards Kanto were illogical. Th series had great villains but a bad hero(Cilan and Iris are excepted since Ash is MC), which ruins a dramatic story.

I’ve played bw1 and bw2, I highly recommend playing the sequels since they were amazing too and they were a whole new game with different story and NOT A DELUXE, but I still prefer the first ones

This game prioritised story and style over anything else, and for that I am so appreciative. Masuda put his all into this game, it was genuinely a grandiose work of art and storytelling.

DeltaSilver88 Y’know, it’s funny; I was thinking exactly the same thing as I was scrolling down through the comments. The descending note sequence at 0:25-0:37 does remind me of Golden Sun’s main theme, as do the instrument samples and some aspects of the arrangement style in general.
0:56-1:01 also sounds *remarkably* familiar to me. I don’t think it’s from Golden Sun, but I‘m absolutely sure I’ve heard that melody somewhere else, just with the one single difference of the very last chord going down rather than up.

This ending theme defied the others, while most ending themes tried to sound somber and joyful, this one does the opposite, the official Japanese name "to their respective futures" Fits as this gives a "This is only the start..." feeling. the characters in BW are not done; the gym leaders have life to live that may impact their status., Alder needs a successor, Ghetsis is still on the loose, Bianca has been effectively disowned, Cheren is trying to find a purpose in his life like N is, and many legends have only been touched at the surface. and that's where bw2 came in.

Trubbish originated in this game, which started a pokemon civil war with fans. Now people miss this generation. Im glad i was one of the people that genuinely LOVED this game

I kinda miss the trainers desings, being able to change yor avatar to your liking is great, but these desings were so cool and charismatic, I miss them.
They could be perfect if only they give us the possibility to change their clothes in a remake.

Black and white 2 were my favorite designs. Not because of the more common reason but Rosa has one of my favorite designs period. Gen 2 was the only region that I gen came close to gen 5

Gen 5 was game changing. I found it very enjoyable, but I'm a bit biased. The story was amazing and unprecedented for a Pokemon game, had killer music, great graphics, cool mechanics still used today, and not to meantion any of the 154 Pokemon that were all amazing, both in design and battle capabilities. Yes, even Garbodor, Klinklang, and Vanilluxe. Nobody complained about living sludge, magnets or seals with the name Seel when they came out. It's my personal belief that it takes real skill to look at a garbage bag and make it look cool. I mean, if you didn't know already, Garbodor's arms are gas pumps. The ripped bag looks like coatails. Its dex entry basically calls it a radioactive trash zombie! That's awesome! Klinklang has to be one of the most fascinating Steel types to me. You can't tell me you haven't looked at the inside of a clock and not thought it was neat. Gears are so cool! And Pokemon based on vanilla ice cream? How more New York can you get? If you take into account what the Pokemon are based off of in the real world, you are able to see it in a new light.
I'm gonna be real here, the design of a few were kinda meh, but if people are clowning on gen 5 for pokemon like garbodor and defending muk that's just hypocritical. I didn't like gothitelle very much either, but I can say I like that design more than hypno. I honestly liked zubats and golbats more than woobats and swoobats. I think what really got gen 5 the hate it got was how, unlike all other regions, it was completely brand new. It was pretty much a gen 1 game but with better graphics, and storyline. The other problems I found from experience out of white (haven't played b2/w2) was the postgame was kinda lacking, the remakes excel at this by making whole arcs that involve you in the story, it's not just playing hide and seek with the seven sages. The other is how linear the map design is. On other maps you can go from, for example, celadon to lavender town without crossing the entire map, not so on B/W. say you left an electric type at the daycare, and you want to use it to fight skyla. You have to go the same path you used to go forward to go back, which is a really tedious process.
i respectfully disagree with you, though i do fully understand your sentiment. i can't bring myself to hate any of the pokemon from unova just because they're all so well designed. the three you've mentioned are definitely not anywhere near my favorite, but comparing it to pokemon from other generations, or even the same generation, to call them the worst would be to kid yourself

Just wait until people realize that Alola is a great region with amazimg graphics for a 3DS, one of the best pokémon ost ever (Ultra Necrozma probably the best one), amazing pokémon, the funniest bad team (Team Yell isn't a bad team, and they're not funny, just a failure), probably the second best story in a pokémon game (Unova obviously taking and deserving first place).
@Ollie Haze Yeah, the regions being more diverse was one of the very few good changes GameFreak brought to the series. The changes in production quality from Gen 6 going onward was far less interesting.
Generation 5 felt like the end of an era, and it was, as well as the end of 2D Pokemon Games.
I personally think gen 5 was the best gen. It definitely had the best story line so far and N sure was the most interesting "antagonist"/rival to this day. I also felt like they went out of their way to make your encounter with the legendary feel special, something I don't really have with newer games anymore (though that might be because I'm simply not a child anymore). The OST is fantastic. It was also nice to see the gym leaders have some plot relevance. The region's design was great too (apart from the black city, but that's just my opinion), that's the case for pretty much every generation though. Hilda is my favorite female protagonist based on design. She looks more mature and determined than the others, which I like. The season mechanic was amazing and I wish they hadn't decided to get rid of it. Also it was the first game to introduce animations for pokémon, as well as CGI cutscenes, which in my opinion were very well done.
People trash gen 5 for having some badly designed pokémon, as if that wasn't the case for every generation. Yes, gen 5 had a few more of those, but gen 5 added a lot of new pokémon to begin with, so there were bound to be more subjectively bad designs. (The amount of pokémon was necessary due to their idea of only letting you use gen 5 pokémon until the postgame, which you can like or dislike. I personally enjoyed it.) Aside from those badly designed pokémon, there were a ton of great designs. Reshiram is my favorite legendary of all time, Zekrom is great too. The starters are all fantastic as well. I personally don't like emboar, but that's because I don't like pigs/boars. I can tell that emboar's design is objectively well done, even though I don't like it myself. (Just like I can tell infernape is well designed, despite hating monkeys.)
I personally think the worst gen yet was gen 6, because the story felt weirdly bland. Probably because the villain team didn't feel as intimidating as the story would have required, considering destroying the entire planet is a rather dark theme. Team Flare was more embarrassing than intimidating, it didn't suit the plot. The other reason was that the rivals were either annoying or bland and boring.
By the way, I'm not saying these things because Black was my first Pokémon game ever, it wasn't. The first game I played was Leaf Green and the first game I owned was Diamond. Black was my third game.

A villain who isn’t a 1-d baddie, and is actually just a militant activist for pokemon liberation, and is as worthy of the mascot legendary as the player.
@@maxrichards3881 Gen V was poorly executed and one of the worst parts of the game. Admittedly, certain parts of the story fall flat. Team Plasma’s “the end justifies the means” attitude when it comes to battling with Pokémon to free them is a bit hypocritical. The fact that one side of the argument is given more attention and we don’t see the many reasons why Pokémon DO belong with humans being discussed is a let-down. The fact that Ghetsis DOES turn out to be evil at the end is kind of lame since it shirks the interesting moralistic argument that the game goes out of its way to set up until that point.
TLDR: Just cause does Ghethis did something slightly different doesn’t he’s can be also very undermined to the plot.
There is literally no good reason to dislike gen 5 it's my favorite not because of nostalgia but because of just how epic the story is and gen 5 has the most interesting characters to date in a Pokemon game. You wanna play a god awful Pokemon game go play red blue or yellow but if you want to play one of the most fun adventures you'll ever have play a gen 5 game you won't be disappointed

Agreed. I liked the attempt of a soft reboot to the series by making you use new pokemon until the much more difficult postgame. And how much of an outright threat Team Plasma was, that was cool.
This game is the only game that accomplished the most important thing: having a story that makes 100% sense, and in which the role of the player character makes a 100% sense as well. Just replayed it, finished it yesterday, and now easily my fave gen (previously gen 4 because of nostalgia, still close 2nd)

Gen. 5 was like Hey here's a story so epic it needs 2 games to tell it with deep characters and sick music and ya'll really said "nah your pokemon ugly" and that's how we ended up with gen 1 charizard baiting and gimmicks that don't last for more than a single gen.
Funny how this music isn't sad in the slightest, and still broke down.

It's really saddening that this doesn't have as many views compared to other Pokémon soundtracks posted on this channel. This is my absolute favourite song of all time. It was the first song that made me feelsy enough to bring a tear to my eye.

Not even having played Black and/or White, this theme really makes me wanna cry because it's THAT good. When I finally get to play these games, I look forward to all it has to offer.
I havent played them either. The only games I have played are, Omega Ruby, Sword, Lets go Eevee and X. I wish i could play black and white and the sequels someday. As well as sinnoh alola, johto. Edit: Just played through Sinnoh and Alola, and My journey is slowly coming to an end. Now all I need is Johto and Unova, and my journey is complete.

The only big reason people hate on gen 5 (mostly the first game) is that they can't use their favorite and super good pokemon from other games. Instead they need to learn that trying out new pokemon isn't that hard and can be quiet interesting
Captain Nebby Honestly that’s the one argument that really pisses me off in criticisms of new Pokemon games. People said exactly the same thing about gen 7 when that first came out.
A big part of the fun in Pokemon games is making the most of the resources (Pokemon, TMs, etc) that the game gives you as you progress through the story. Immediately importing all your old Pokemon to use instead just defeats the point; it’s kind of like jumping straight into “new game+” mode when you haven’t even beaten the game.
my biggest and only complaint is that you were forced to stay on the plot line 24/7, there were no side areas you could go into.
@@tape2518 a lot of it was found by backtracking once you got hms, such as mistralton cave and the rest of pinwheel forest, as well as the p2 laboratory west of route 1

These games not only have the best credits theme of all the games so far but also the best evil team member battle theme.
Just evil team member though, not boss. While Ghetsis' theme is great, for me the boss theme from ORAS is still better by a landslide.

In my opinion, the apex of Pokemon games so far. This piece of music touches my heart and nearly brings me to tears for some reason. It was an amazing experience, awesome Pokemon, beautiful music.

Dude, gen 5 had so many good stuff/features in the game that should've kept, in this theme is honestly absolutely incredible. Gen 5 (in my opinion) has the best music
Every time i hear this theme, i imagine myself at the Unova League with my faithful team members, Serperior, Gothitelle, Unfezant, Glaceon, Haxorus, and Reshiram...I havent played these games, but i would love to one day, and would like to be with my team members... Even though i started in the Kalos region, Unova will be and always will be my home. Oh, did i say “these games?” I meant “These WONDERFUL Masterpieces.” I would also LOVE to read the black and white manga someday. These games, All 4 of them Are BEAUTIFUL and always will be. At this part, (0:55 - 1:51) I can imagine myself on the Victory Road cliff and looking at the sunset with my pokemon partners, how Snivy has grown from a little snake to a regal (i can’t spell that right, forgive me.) reptile. I would yell, “Serperior, Use Energy Ball!!” My Glaceon which grew from the eevee it used to be, Responding to me Yelling, “Glaceon! Use Blizzard!!” Unfezant, (Female) growing from the little pigeon that always lands on my shoulder, Responding to me yelling, “Alright Unfezant, Use Gust!!” Gothitelle, who has grown from the pokemon who has been by me and Serperiors’s side from the half point of my journey, Responding to me yelling, “Gothitelle, Use Psychic!!” Haxorus, evolving from the baby dragon who i found in a cave, Listening to me yelling, “Ok, Haxorus, Outrage, lets go!!” And Finally, Reshiram, who emerged from the light stone in a glorious light at N’s Castle, representing the truth, With me on it, I yell from the top if my lungs, “RESHIRAM, FUSION FLARE!!” I feel like since I represent the truth and my friend might represent ideals, we have our respective legendary pokemon partners. Unova, im coming for you soon. Just you wait! “Hilda! You said you have a dream...That dream...Make it come true! Make your wonderful dream a reality, and it will become your truth! If anyone can, it’s you! Hilda! Well, then...Farewell!”

When the credits played after defeating Ghetsis, it felt like achieving something great, truly a masterpiece game
This game attempted to do what is actually very popular in pokemon games today, which is make an interesting story with interesting characters, even the music was made to make it amongst the most unique in the series, but despite all that it did to give fans what they want, they still bashed it for some reason.
They bashed it just literally because "fucking garbage and ice cream"

This is how an ending theme should be. The theme doesn't go out of it's way to make you emotional, the theme should remind you of the grandiose scale of the journey you just went on, and make you emotional that way.

i've been sleeping on gen 5 for a very long time, but damn Pokemon Black was truly amazing! and this song fits so well with the ending, it sounds like something coming straight out from Golden Sun
