As everyone is asking, he's walking around in the neighborhood of Atlantic Beach, Kiawah Island, SC. He often sleeps on the banks of the ponds on the 16th-18th hole of Turtle Point golf course. There are a lot his size hanging around
That's pretty common. Just keep your distance and they won't bother you
Keeping your distance is just part of the problem, alligators strolling in the neighborhood, is a major problem. Can't live in alligators states like SC and Florida where alligators just roam around ..😮

If it's the cost of south Carolina this is possible. But more than likely it's probably somewhere between Charleston and Savannah that's where the bulk of these sightings happen. Especially around Kiawah. They have a ton of big gators out there

I'm from Cali, doesn't it get freezing temperatures in SC? how do these animals survive? I thought they only lived in Florida.
Alligators live in many places. When the weather gets cold they go into a period of inactivity. These animals lived during the dinosaurs and outlived the dinosaurs. They’re incredibly resilient lol.
Florida receives freezing temps too. This is in the lowcountry of SC (as far south as San Diego if you run a finger across the map) its pretty much a semi tropical climate here. 8 states (pretty much the entire south) has gators.

It's Kiawah Island, in the neighbourhood of Atlantic Beach. Saw this come up on my feed and I recognized the neighborhood immediately. He often hangs around the 16th-18th hole of Turtle Point golf course. I've seen bigger walk across the end of my road in West Beach Kiawah.
