Today's dose of zen comes to us from the Spanish Bay area up in Northern California, just near Carmel and Monterey. This whole coast line is dotted with pristine State Parks. Miles of emerald forest give way to some of the bluest waters you will see in California.
These oceans are amazing. Some days they are quiet, still and calm. On other days, the ocean sizes up and roars and roars roars.
Let's sit back and listen to its call...
Watch the enormous, powerful waves roll in...
They crash on the sand...
Explode all over the rocks...
Their force is undeniable...
They are majestic in their beauty...
Close your eyes and feel the salty air...
The sea spray...
Listen to the ocean sounds...
The sound overpowers all...
You only hear the roar of the ocean...
Almost sounds like white noise...
There is something soothing to these waves...
They put you in a completely sleepy daze 😌😌😌

So true! There is something so peaceful and calming about the beach... the smell of the sea and the sound of the ocean waves... it always puts me right at ease, too 🤗🤗 Add the warm sunshine and a cold Coke... ahhh, recipe for total relaxation 💕💕

The rock formations surrounded by blue foaming water, clam shells rolling on the sand and best of all, at this tide level, the water flows right under the camera view at the bottom of my screen. I'm enjoying this so much. Thank you!

Ahh yes! Nowhere in Calif is the ocean water as crystal blue as it is in the Monterey area. Also, the sand at crowded Carmel Beach doesn't stick to skin. Carmel River Beach is less crowded with pebbly sand.
