Interesting house. Don't mean to nitpick but what you called a 2-way switch is actually called a 3-way switch. Off the top of my head, I can't tell you why it is but it is. Might be because you have to use a 3-wire cable between the two switches. It would be like a 12-3- with ground. Or 14-3-W ground. Red, black white and bare wire all in one cable. You have probably figured that out by now.

I stand corrected. We will be putting a front porch along the front of house next year that will match the lower roof line on back of house 😊
