Absolutely phenomenal build, was loving the music until I had an aha moment recognising Gear Seekers which just got me even more excited. That waterforce 3080 had no thermal pads on the back, I had mine done with thermalright 12.8w/mk 3.0mm and 2x 80mm fans cooling the backplate. I mine when not gaming and the backplate burns to the touch. Yours might looks the part but that fancy board you placed on the back acts as a blanket to trap heat.

Alex, do you have the details on the watercooling parts you used? Part numbers on those rads and that pump/reservoir/panel combo?

8:47 its sad to see for me, that this distro plate doesnt grant you 2 tube over each other for the cpu cooler. its design to use the tubing behind each other, not above each other so you need a crazy bent to make it fit.. this is the point, where iam not sure, where to make the compromise. if i wanna go watercooled in my o11, i wanna go all the water, cpu and gpu. 2x 360 rads in top and bottom wont be enought for that, so i would go for 3 rad and use the side radiator spot to. this disqualfies the side distro plate for this case, leaving only the front distro plate, which i like better anyway in terms of position, yet all the front distro plate are missing the double routing for the cpu block :( i mean, youre using 5x 120 to cool cpu and gpu but i wonder what the temps and noise level are. because iam looking for ~600rpm noiseless fan levels with a maximum of 60 degrees on cpu and gpu under full load

You boot up after that and discover one of your ram modules are bad.
All these build videos show the application of the thermal paste over the CPU done the WRONG way!! The thermal paste has to be spread evenly and thinly before placing the water block!!
