The finishing combo of 3 low power hooks, 1 and 2 were DODGED, third landed on hard part of the skull, really low power, didnt do anything and ref steps in.
Alex knew he couldn't unload or knee, cause you would've clinched him.
I bet if even Herb Dean was refing instead of Woke Gambard, you would've literally won.
I used to think that and I was changing my mind but no man. Pereira backed off and Adesanya still had his head down for a good second or two after the stoppage. Pereira was just gonna keep hitting him like he was before. Adesanya will live to fight another day against Pereira instead of prolonging it for a slim chance of Adesanya escaping that situation. Could’ve been brutally finished by a knee or any punch from Pereira man.
