One of my favorite 80's tracks...Living on the ceiling from '82..This in my humble opinion, is their best track....and a GREAT dance track - Hudba
here in the UK we always have and always will make the best music.
Going by this video and sisters of mercy dominion both the front man's fashion sense was 30+ years ahead of the curve.😎🍷

I would probably would probably give this song 11 out of 10 and 'safety dance' an 8 :) ..On the dance floor that is my bedroom I usually have a little boogie to this one of a morning to get me started lol

A classic from a band that is missed and I never saw in the US. Not to mention, hard to find "Game above my Head" ....
I loved this when I was around fourteen, listening on the radio in the bathroom blow-drying my hair with my head upside down and then came the hairspray to hold it all up! It was blue-black and I was so young.
Yeah what I wouldn't give to be that age again...I remember everyone going nuts to this at an underrage disco..I was never guilty of blowdrying my hair upside down though :-0

i too saw this on Saturday Superstore back in the early 80s. Didn't Blancmange do a song called "Ditto Me" with a video with lots of Indian ladies dancing in saris? If anyone has it, please post it! Great posting!

there are two versions of this song. this one where it's up the bloody tree and another one where it's crooked or cuckoo tree

Yes..Camels are in North Africa lol...Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia etc... The dry desert bits...I think they are in Iran Iraq and Libya etc...although I think they are bundled into Asia....pardon my geography...Thx for posting anyway

Sorry this whole video was shot in Egypt: Mohamed Ali Mosque, the Khan el Khalili bazaar, in the desert in front of the pyramids of Giza, and on a felucca cruising down the Nile with Sheraton El Gezira and the Qasr el Aini bridge in the background. Ask any Cairene :)

There seems to be a slight mix up of cultural and musical differences within the video.The melody is NOT Arabian but is infact Indian,as the tabla(drum)and sitar feature predominantly.Still,nevermind,the track brings back some nostalgic memories.Great to see the track again featured in a British TV commercial advertising a pick me up remedy!
