    Good day to you!
Given the fact that I am not yet part of any institution under the NMC, is it alright to answer that way saying "in accordance with the NMC....?"

If you’re thinking about becoming a nurse in the UK, run a mile. Seriously, emigrate and work in a country where you are not likely to be shafted by a corrupt and lawless regulating body such as the NMC. They brainwash you with the Holy Bible AKA The CODE which has more proverbs and chapters than the bible. If you do mistakenly trip up, then you are the real poor Daniel in the Den of lions and liars. They act as judge and jury, you are guilty as sin until proven otherwise and the coercion/ manipulation to keep your registration is something else. You’ve been warned. Run a mile

She herself can't speak about it without reading her notes that tells you something

She isn't a tape recorder. She has to present a lot of points in a short time in an organised structure.

Embarrassing for her. Spewing out the exhaustive list of do’s and do not’s in the holy grail that is the Code. I repeat: THE CODE. She’s Just another brainwashed do-gooder who has to remind herself robotically of THE CODE, just in case she forgets or trips up and god-forbid, becomes the NMCs next victim.
Message to the NMC: with the state of the NHS, chronically underfunded, under-resourced, over-managed with fat cats, a totally BROKEN system where nurses work tirelessly day-in-day-out at the coal-face for pittance, the abuse, physical/ emotional drainage, and then your scrutiny and criticism. That only takes one sort of person, and that is someone special who CARES. They do it because THEY CARE. YOU ARE BREAKING THESE NURSES UNFORGIVABLY, adding insult to their injuries. Shame on you.
