Did you notice the speed shown on the bike is 5MPH more than actual speed

It’s more like it’s off by 10-12% roughly so the difference in speed shown to actual speed is variable and difference increases with speed (ie at stated 10mph you’re actually going like 9mph but at stated 50mph you’re actually going about 44mph, etc). This can be resolved by setting the speedometer to a smaller wheel circumference to get better accuracy.
