I am letting you know that no matter how much rough cast that you install on that wall will not stop damp penetration. I suggest that you cut back the embankment approximately 3 feet sloping the ground away from the foundation,you are going to have mold and damp walls on all the back walls.
He also needs to water seal it, it's a white thick goop looking thing, I saw someone do it in Arkansas, one of the off grid building, the problem is Jbud and the others don't read the comments, but they are always asking for them.

You need a retaining wall in the back to hold the embankment from sliding in your house,that should have been the first thing before building
