Surveyors Chain by Seamus Carroll

Here is 1 of 25 short films/field recordings that I made in Offaly in December 2021 as part of project called Spectacular Vernacular. The overall collection is entitled 'Around the Faithful Home's and the recordings were filmed in peoples sheds, yards and homes and focus on objects that have personal connection to their owners. Some of the objects range from homemade ornaments to farm implements and from the domestic to the absurd.
