    Dealing with wrist pain more on the other side. Pinky side especially on that wrist bone spot. Tips for already injured? Picked up a Shock Doctor brace to wear around, which is helping the pain a lot, I guess b/c the compression and support.

      It helped. Also when bringing this to the trainers attention he gave me a a softball sized ball that you roll in your chest/shoulder area, helped to clear it up. So overall i needed to continue on improving my technique, largest reason it was happening.

    Is there a typical timeframe for wrist irritation to get better after using these techniques? I always have moderate pain after Olympic lifting, just thought I needed to build up or improve wrist flexibility. Can’t wait to try this! B

    I seem to have a small bump on my wrist. Will this help get rid of it. I read somewhere that it appears to be a cyst.

    Its impossible to tie a res band around your wrist without it slipping. I just tried. Video sucks
