try to pull the foreskin backwards as possible as you can. Do this regularly. Slight pain on foreskin is OK. What will happen is the foreskin would get larger slowly. Do this daily , In a 6 month or 1 year or 2 years the foreskin would become larger enough so that penis head come out. This is from my experience
Note: while in intercourse the penis head came out of foreskin. It was on sixth month of above said practice. What problem is foreskin circumference is so small that it tightens the penis and I got anxious . I ran into restroom from the middle of the act. I was thinking what should I do . And thinking of surgery on the next day. But in few minutes when the penis erection went down, I could pull out the foreskin to cover the penis head as usual. After that I continued the pulling foreskin exercise daily of thrice a week. Eventually after a year the penis head came out and go inside the foreskin without pain. But still foreskin is not large enough to allow penis head to pass through. in few months penis head will come out of foreskin easily and naturally.
