Fante is not twi! Fante is mutually intelligible to twi, however Fante is not a dialect under twi!
Akan as ethnic group has many languages, and they are twi, Fante, bono, nzema, Ahanta, sefwi and chakosi, these are the Akan languages in Ghana!… twi is not the generic language of the Akan people!
