I m soo lucky for my mom, sister and nani who dont do this. They support me and tell me to not freak out. I was allowed to sit on the couch, roam around in the house and live a normal life. My sis was always by my side. People need to chill about periods. Woman should not hide this from men, so what if ur brother or dad know about this? They should know they will help u.

this mostly happens in india i had to stay 12days in my room nd also not allowed to go temples nd also had to eat a sevaiyan for 12days instead of that i had not to eat anything bcz of not i had to eat 3 times a day bcz of this my health was weak i was admitted in hospital now it stopped but only one thing wn i hv my periods i am not allowed to go temples nd instead of that i can do anything this really very beautiful
my parents r not like that and my grandparents too .. pheww
