    I am currently pursuing my Msc Clinical Nutrition from University of Nottingham.
    After my under-grad, i had one year gap due to certain circumstances. After which i had no option but opt for Nutrition course. I am interested in the Dietitics field.
    Hence, my question to you is,
    After my msc in clinical nutrition, can i pursue pg diploma in dietetics? Will i be eligible to give the RD exam?
    Eager to hear from you.
    Thank you.

    I am completing a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in Italy and my goal is to become a nutritionist biologist. Only my dream would be to become a nutritionist in England, but I read that maybe in England it’s better to become a dietitian than a nutritionist. Can you give me some advice? In England could I take a master’s degree in nutrition or diets coming from a three-year program in biological sciences?

      Hii, im currently in my 4th year for nutrition and dietetics and I would say the job opportunities are endless! You could work in a hospital setting, in food companies like nestle/kellogs, in nursing homes, in schools, online and even as freelancer! so many options and the demand is super high nowadays. Nutrition is a new science and its up and coming! so much demand! Ask nutritionists in your area and I'm sure they will say the same!

      Hey! So there are loads of different routes you can go down if you only study Nutrition (as covered by one fantastic reply below). I think the one thing that attracts people to go down the Dietetics route is that we can work in more clinical settings, such as hospitals, and this sometimes means that there are more jobs as there is greater demand for us within the NHS. For this reason I have just started an MSc in Dietetics :) Jobs for Nutritionists can also be very competitive so I suggest if you're studying already to get some work experience behind you to get ahead of others!

    what's the difference between applied Nutrition and clinical Nutrition?

    • @evitsoulla2325
      @evitsoulla2325 Před 7 měsíci

      Well in regular nutrition you help people who are overweight, athletes, little kids. When it comes to clinical nutrition or dietetics these degrees focus on people with actual health problems like people who suffer from obesity, anorexia, bulimia, diabetes type 1 and 2, thyroids, people with injuries, you usually work in hospitals, while when you become a nutritionist you can open your own dietery office.
