- Sea World Gold Coast Visit & Update! Join us as we visit this classic theme park during the Summer Holidays. We check out the rides, animals, crowd levels, food, ambience and more!
We start by having lunch at the Dockside Tavern, before having a look around the New Atlantis to check out its rides: Leviathan, Trident & Vortex! We then check out the impressive looking Nickelodeon Land, filled with lots of family rides - including Dora's Fiesta Carousel, which has finally reopened!
We then have a looky at Storm Coaster, Jet Rescue and the old Viking's Revenge Log Flume site, that has received some major changes since our last visit!
It's then off to some of the Animal exhibits, including the adorable Little Blue Penguins, the Shark Baby Aquarium and Seal Harbour.

I saw a video of Leviathan on youtube shorts and I made sure the video was not an old video but Leviathan is running two trains again!

I remember the days riding the Viking flume, sad to see it gone but also understandable due to its age, I heard that the monorail may not run again due to running costs. I still love the park and the rides however I hope the future of the park includes more rides
I have many fond memories of the Log Flume as a kid! I hope they add a suitable replacement some day... and yeah, the park does need some more rides! New Atlantis was a good start but they can't end it there

Seems that way! I wonder how many times it's been done over the years, with it opening in the 70's...

Great to see Vortex testing its been down for months. I still can't believe VRTP only operate one train on peak days it confuses me and most of the time it's only staffed with the minimum amount required. Great update as usual!
BTW the monorail has been decommissioned :(
Wow, months? Didn't know that! Here's Vortex will be open soon... and yeah, crazy about the Leviathan train situation. They really need to work on that! Shame about the Monorail... thanks for watching :D
it is always good to get back to sea world! to me it looks the same and I always love seeing the altantis area its so nice when u view it!!! i love the food options theyre so yummy!! (nostalgia photos) i LOVE the queue line in leviathan Its so good well themed and its great that sea world putted a wooden coaster in the antatis area!! it needed it so glad its finished and it goes fast which I like and you get a good view on trident you get to see the sunny sky and gold coast! vortex to me is kinda like wipeout ride if u remember that.
nickledon land is always a fun land for the kids (in the show area) do u think they need more shows other than seeing paw patrol and teenage mutant ninja turtles all the time and I love the spongebob squarepants coaster for the kids in the land (HAHAHAHAHA) u put u hand on squidward head and patrick belly LOLLLL i laughed so much u so funny And im glad dora carousel back it needed it this is the land for a good carousel so glad its back OGRE HOORAY! i never been on jet rescue before but when i go ill have a ride it looks so much fun and I LOVE storm coaster even when u get splashed at the end u must go on this even if its a hot or heat day!
log flume is gone sadly its sad I would of liked it still there welp lots of ogre dirt there i think ogre builders must clean that ogre dirt up so they can make something new there and I MISS the monorail dude its been close for too long TOO LONG! did someone say frozen coke? I LOVE FROZEN Coke and castway bay battle boat is another great ride for the water themed rides it is good on a summer and hot day! good ol trail I Love animals! Theyre so cute gotta love wildlife!!

I think some new shows in Nick land would help a bit! I believe the current shows have been playing for many years now - could use an update for sure! and I always have to pat the Spongebob crew :D Jet Rescue is an amazing coaster, you should try it for sure!
Let's hope the Ogre builders get on constructing something new rides at the park soon!

OH YEAH i wanted to ask you on social media about something, ive been obsessed with Draculas Haunted House (Yk Surfers Paradise) Do u remember at the very very start the zombie wall thing that closes in on people walking through? Been trying to figure out what happened with it, Pretty sure its at Movie World now?
Lots of exciting stuff coning to the GC this year! Being a wuss, I've actually never been to Draculas... I'd love to someday! I'm not sure about that Zombie, I'll see if I can dig up anything about it...
