- A local snacks in Malaysia, also known as Chinese Pancake filled with roasted peanut, cream corn and sugar. This is a recipe that you can clear your sourdough discard. Simple, quick and easy preparation, and serve hot in the morning.

Recipe makes 8-10 pancake (depending on pancake thickness)
Ingredients (batter)
200g all purpose flour
140g sourdough discard
260g milk
70g sugar
2 eggs
1tsp baking soda
Fillings
Ground peanuts
Cream corn
Sugar

Eveyr time when you feed your stater, there will be excess starter. Sourodugh discard is the excess starter that you collect over the time.
What a wonderful way to get rid of the sourdough discard! Just wondering if it could be made and stored in freezer.

How to make sd discard? May be I missed it :(
SD discard is those excess that generated during refreshing of your sourdough starter. Just collect it in a container and place in fridge.
