I pretty much live in a zoo thanks to my wife. My runway on my ranch is right near where the Ostrich graze. I put them away when I fly now. We made a deal though. If she gets a new animal I get 2 new new RC planes, lol

Nope! Keeps price and weight down. Not everything needs retracts. My planes with retracts constantly jam and cause emergency landings, so I don’t mind a few without

Had one and 4 flights with it and sold it, grossly under powered and cant vertical climb on 4s, had to fly almost 80-90% all the time and get 2 - 2 1/2 mins flight on a 3300mah lipo and does like to stall very easy, not the best EDF out there IMHO the mini Arrows Avanti beats the sox of it by far
Terry Barnes that’s a very interesting take. I used a 4s 2200 and flew for 3 minutes and ended with 3.8 on all cells. Did not need to keep it above 80% the entire time either. Maybe you had a bad battery. Also it doesn’t stall easy at all I completely disagree. I think you had a bad battery and bad CG lol.

You should build a ft22 raptor from foamboard. Super rewarding! I just built the mini and it rips on 4s

Had same issue with mine. It would fall out of the sky if i was not 90% throttle. CG was right where the manual said and on a 2200 mah 4s battery.
