Man... I've lived all my life in Arizona (except for the military) and not once Have I been to the GC! Ugh! 😮
I always avoided it before - I felt it'd be too touristy. Then went - and no regrets! Much nicer than anticipated. Especially that once you get deeper, the crowds are mostly gone - especially on alternate routes like Boucher / Hermit, or doing R2R2R.

I know so many people who haven't explored their own home. My whole life I've wanted to go to Ireland. I became friends with some people from Ireland and asked about different spots... and they'd never been to any of the famous Irish locations! And their whole country is smaller than some of our states! Get out there, you've got a lot to experience!
