@@JevenDovey No IBIS. That's a hard pass for vlogging.
i can't handle that shaky video bro! osmo pocket 3 much better!!!!!!!!
A vlog camera without a stabilizer is stupid. I don't understand why Sony keeps doing this stupid thing.
Solid review Jeven....An impressive little camera ... Sony keeps upping the game with releases that I initially don't have any interest in, but then I watch in more detail about what they entail and I'm left shaking my head at how well Sony gets it.
@@paulgero 🤣🤣🤣
You're missing the back brace on the Falcam Strap Clip, it is probably still attached to the clip but you have it on the front of the strap instead of the back so it isn't just the 2 cables holding it on. I did that the first time I used it too, but those cables go right into the back brace and then it won't wiggle around anymore. It'll be way more secure!
Great review, as always, but I just can't get over how "shaky" this camera (and my A6700) are compared to my GoPro. For action vlogging like I do, I much prefer my GoPro, and use my Sony for photography or video only while on a tripod. Looked like some fun bike routes!
This camera is not for me, but I'm sure its what a lot of folks are looking for. Great review, and thanks for sharing Jeven.
plEase add Time-Stamps to each sections in the videos, for organized viewing experience.
I love your Jeep, could you make a vlog on the car. It really looks so cool. How comfortable is your bed on top of the roof? Really curious to know more about it!
wow,,,I was ready to get out my checkbook,,,UNTIL you said 'no stabilization' ,,,guess I'll stick to my DJI #3, which has all the lens and things built in,,,( I would like to have some type of Zoom, but the stable makes up for it !)
I love your Jeep! How much and where did you manage to make it as a Camper? Great Channel! ❤
Fantastic camera. The tripod shots are amazing. The moving shots were a little bouncy for myself. Combined with small gimbal over the top. If you still have this camera on loan how does it compare to the DJI Osmo Pocket 3?
Love this video! Quick question that no one is addressing. Does the sony zv-e10 cage fit the new sony zv-e10ii?
Image looks great however the shaky footage is a no go for me. My iphone 12 pro stays another 12 months as my main vlog camera.
Question.. I heard this overheats. I currently use an Iphone and a Gopro 11, and have issues with overheating in the vegas summer heat. Would this overheat as well. Is this worth the upgrade over the original ZV-e10. Quite a bit more money.
I've seen about 3 videos so far and based off of gerald undone's video it would seem it would def overheat in the desert. It's just a matter of when. One creator's video on the original zve10 did a test with a heated chamber and the original zve10 had difficulty overheating. I'll come back with names later
Thanks for the video! Now I love even more my Lumix GX80/85
Hey in the ZV-E10 I you couldnt activate the auto eye af with 4k30....does the auto eye af now work with 4k60?
Camera is cool Jeven, but not as cool as that portable kettle and French press and mug, lol. I just went on an Amazon shopping wishlist spree with Stoke’s three line ups.
Lol ❤
Hi Jeven! eBay kind of tripod did you use for this video?
This is a great camera but I just don’t understand why Sony keeps on marketing it as a vlogging one. This camera will perform better at so many other use cases than vlogging.
Its good bro 🙂✌️
$699 to $999 is a big jump though - at that price point A6700 is a much better buy imo
Looking to replace my ZV-1 and this will be a contender. Well done, Jeven.
@@602North The A6700 is now far better value
@@bradl2636 Thanks and I'll check it out. I'm a camera noob!
@@602North A6700 is more expensive but you get IBIS and a number of other better features including a viewfinder.
bit shaky cam, let's see this up against the next iPhone for the same ish money come Autumn. Still a solid video Jeven.
Its great for people who are sponsored by these camera brands but not great for vloggers.
Why not? I think it works great for vlogging
@@JevenDovey if you do t mind your vlogs looking like Blair Witch Project, then by all means.
Still not great stabilisation… 😢 Micro HDMI… 😢 Highlight Priority exposure mode? Built-in memory? Crop in 4K120p..? 4K240p..? Does anyone really care about that kit lens? I’ve seen enough. Sticking with Osmo Pocket 3 and ZV-E1.
And you need two hands to operate, holding and switch on/off. Pocket 3 can be operated one handed
Not great stabilisation? I didn't see it at all
@@ПростоШурик No IBIS. Software stabe only.
the 'stable thing', or rather the Lack of the 'stable factor' makes a really big thing when you watch anything you video.
Great video
Nice review 👍
Thanks
1k and no real stabilization is a no for me. Lowlight looks good though.
Is it worth the upgrade if you have the first one?
Yes
I can finally put my iPhone in a faraday bag and stop carrying it for a second camera. Interesting
Seems like Osmo Pocket 3 still so much easier to use.
Nice
Great camera, but a little lower quality than what I am used to see in your videos
I usually film with full frame and better glass so there will be a difference.
@@JevenDovey i see. Thanks for sharing ✌️
Sony really needs to take a lesson from DJI and create something to beat the Pocket 3. Because, as it stands, they don't have anything even close to it.
True, the only thing I dislike with pocket 3 is non removable battery. Though that's just nitpicking, otherwise it's almost perfect.
You look like Bert Kreischer
I want to love this camera. But, the IS during vlogging is rough. It doesn't help that he moves around A LOT when he vlogs.
actually, this guy doesn't move around any more than any normal video,,,,just NO stablilzation is the 'big deal' ! Try the DJI which get a great 4k factor video and has a great 'stabilization'. Also,,all these great little camera's need a decent 'Flash' for times when you need it !
85GMII F1.4 has to be a joke, right? 1,890 days since Canon launched a 85mm F1.2 for mirrorless, yet Sony can’t respond…. I think E-Mount is too small for acceptable vignetting at F1.2 beyond 55mm. It shouldn’t have any issues with a 24mm F1.2 because it’s wider.
Who's talking about an 85mm 1.4? I used the 85mm 1.8 in this video
@@JevenDovey the next GM release
No, you will need still two hands, holding and switching on /off. Ridiculous. DJI made it better
PLease how much does this cost?
You didn’t watch till the end
not worth for the price.
Why
@@JevenDovey Color resolution not that good. Probably sensor size .
very flat as if you was shooting in S-Log .
7:35 is flat
