Alta Ivy - West Cary, North Carolina

As a CZcams creator capturing the construction of Alta Ivy with my drone, here's what I've observed:
Alta Ivy is a new 300-unit apartment community in West Cary, North Carolina. Wood Partners broke ground on this project in April 2023, and it is exciting to see the rapid progress.
From my aerial footage, you can see the garden-style layout taking shape. The development spans a large area, including 1.5 acres of preserved open space. My drone shots reveal the emerging structures that will soon house a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
One of the highlights I've captured is the area where the saltwater pool and courtyard will be located. It's fascinating to watch these amenities come to life from above. I've also been documenting the dog park's construction and the space allocated for a prominent public art feature.
The location is prime - just minutes away from Research Triangle Park and the future Apple campus. My flyovers really showcase how centrally positioned Alta Ivy is within the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill "Triangle."
As we approach early 2024, I'll continue to provide updates on the construction progress. It's been amazing to witness this transformation from an empty plot to a bustling construction site and, soon, a vibrant community.
