What do you think about Keys By the Sea? The park has been really changing over the past 5 years. Several lot has changed over from mobile homes into single family properties. You can't get on the water and have the right to build at a lower price anywhere else in the entire Florida Keys......

Anyone that is considered buying in this park DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!! This is basically the ghetto of Marathon, and it's LOADED with MANY not so friendly old timer residents. We have rented in her a few different times for vacation, and we will never return.
We also had some expensive items stolen out of our boat right behind the RV while we were here the last time. Not to mention the old man that lives on the East side and rides around on a golf cart all day policing the place and being a mega jerk.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience at the park… there are several friendly people too…. Every places has its ups and downs. I do think that it’s getting nicer every day with all the new construction going on. It’s a great stepping stone into the Florida Keys. I think anyone who buys here and holds onto the property will do well.
