    I find things to do in the EARLY morning like writing emails, going on walks, doing busy work, and reflecting🪷✨🧘🏻‍♀️

      I definitely took a few ibuprofen and naps throughout this process!!! But I have absolutely loved how it prepared me for the jet lag I just experienced🤣🤣
