    THANK YOU!!! I've ordered this watch but have not received it yet and have watched numerous vids and they all describe on how to CALIBRATE the compass but not how to USE the compass. Two very different things. The number on the display will show the direction in degrees of the 12 o'clock position of the watch and the arrow on the display will be pointing north. Thanks!!!

    I own this watch and bought it primarily for the temperature sensor since since I spend a lot of time skiing in the Winter and it's important to monitor the temperature to avoid frost bite. I currently wear a small thermometer clipped to my ski jacket. I thought a watch having a temperature sensor would be much better and easier to see. The compass of this watch worked fine however that wasn't the case with the thermometer. The thermometer was very inaccurate. It was reading 70 degrees F when the outside air temperature was 50 degrees F when I wore it. If I just held the watch in the air not in contact with my body it recorded the temp accurately but wearing it on my wrist the watch is not capable of compensating/is not insulated from body heat and the temperature registered 20 degrees F higher 70 degrees F. Since it doesn't accurately measure the outside air temperature when worn is worthless when skiing.

    Great video and tutorial. I have same model of watch but the one just before this new one. I had issues with it and after changing battery and watching your video, it is as good as new. Again great video 👍👍👍

      I have a question, i havent noticed that earlier since i have a g-shock and wear it at work (construction) so most of the time, this one i wear at weekends. Few days ago i noticed a black spot in right corner, paralel with letter E on case, but only wen the light is on, is it the case with yours maybe, cause one day i found my 1year old son playing with it so maybe he throw it and that way he made it.

    Do you know if we can change the light illumination time? I think by default it's set to 1 sec

    How do you get it to light the backlit display? Mine is constantly on the dark dial.

    How do you get the time zones

    • @LeChristEstRoi
      @LeChristEstRoi Před 2 lety

      They are pre-programmed. If your battery is dead, then you first manually set the time according to you current location, then the watch will automatically determined the time of other pre-programmed locations.

    Worst watch in the SGW line.
    It has the worst viewing angles, and the compass is inaccurate.
