Sir, the information about Protem Speaker is totally incorrect. Its only work is to administer oath to the newly elected member of parliament after general election on loksabha. Secondly he preside the house for election of Speaker. After election of Speaker the Office of Protem Speaker expire or cease to operate. Protem is appointed by President for the above said purposes.
