Man i didn't notice his second skill have been change for more fitting his playstyle sorry guys i never knew he being change his playstyle i been busy on the not so global version only i know, so they change his playstyle and replace from adding reducing damage debuff to the enemy to more effective playstyle for going solo on his lane correct me if i wrong or not? Edit:so it turns out it was a special item that changes his second skill sorry😅
Xiang Yu has an special item that change his second skill, you just have to look at the beginning of the video at the first item that is purchased before leaving the base.

@@dannhesoziih1229 é um item mesmo pq ja vi gameplays dele nesse canal e ele não usa muito esse item especial. só vi ele usando 2 vezes e sim esses itens vão vir pra nós no futuro até pq quero meu xiang yu dando mais dano de sup né
