The Aran sweater from Ireland could be worth around $100 +. They are classic patterns knitted of wool that fishermen wear. You might look that one up

If you have time, take all the medical supplies (needles, & insulin etc.) to a pharmacy for proper disposal. Just a thought, so they don't end up in the wrong hands. Sending positive vibes for an amazing baby delivery!
They give medical supplies away for free at their yard sales, same for books and clothing.
This unit I'm wondering if someone went to a nursing home. The kids probably sold the house and stored it until she passed. Just an idea. Congratulations on your new baby 🎉

Just a heads up that a lot of people will store their most valuable stuff wrapped up in a blanket. Its amazing you dont unroll them and check. My pop kept all his war medals and gold/silver in an old blanket in a garbage bag in the garage.

Just a FYI. Those blue sticks in the diabetic bag aren't really needles per se. They are lancets used to prick your finger to draw a drop of blood to be tested. Those in the bag were unused, so you are totally safe in handling them.

People might keep the food cause those are not expiration dates they are best by dates. Food is good after those dates.
But it costs like 1% of the storage bill lol Makes so much more sense to buy it all again for $20 then to pay $3,000 to store it for a year and a half lol

Food in a storage unit is something i just don't understand. The temperature going up and down will make can food go really bad. Yes, the dates are sell by dates. Can food that is in a climate controlled environment and no dings or rust can be eaten 10 years after the sell by date. Tomatoes that are not in the white lined cans maybe 5 years. Storage unit food would be weird because when they need it they have to go to trouble to get to it. Couldn't dream of going to make something and having to go to my storage unit to get food. I buy in bulk but all my food is in my home again climate controlled. People are so weird. People might hide stuff in say a cereal bag. Just remember:

It's an Aran jumper which of its a hand made rather than the factory made one is more expensive. Even the factory ones go for around 60-120 euros, living in Ireland we always write them as children

I bought one with a safe sticking out like the mgr put it there. Nothing in the safe but one of my best $245 units full of Jordans, Movado watches, very high end shoes and medical items.
I hope you checked in the pad bag. Many moons ago, I worked as a nanny and the wife kept her diamonds in a tampon box in the bottom. Hope you didn’t miss out. PS thin gloves help so you aren’t touching weird stuff.
