3 fresh tomatoes
2 scotch bonnet pepper
1 onion
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp ginger
thyme
curry powder
seasoning cubes
salt to taste
TO MARINATE FISH
1/2 lemon
1tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp ginger powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
seasoning cubes 2x
1 tbsp paprika powder
salt to taste
