Jamaican Farmer Digging Yellow Yam.
We visited Uncle Suku's Farm in Guys Hill, Jamaica. We saw first hand him digging up his yellow yam and cocoa and the hard physical work that goes into the reaping and harvesting process of Jamaica food. We also saw and participated in the reaping of kale, callaloo and pak-choi. Jamaica farming is hard but rewarding work.
This experience renewed my appreciation for farmers. Big up all the Jamaican farmers!
