- Since I first discovered the Helium miner, I was so eager to get my hands on this device that makes passive income under the People's network. The helium blockchain is the path to a decentralized wireless infrastructure. "By deploying a simple device in your home or office, you can provide your city with miles of low-power network coverage for billions of devices and earn a new cryptocurrency, HNT."
In this video, I demonstrate the process of installing a Rak 8 dbi antenna to improve coverage in my remote location. I recently received a Bobcat 300 and have been excited to install the antenna, which I chose because of its high dbi rating and my remote location. I show how to properly ground the antenna using 12 gauge wire and give tips on minimizing wire size to reduce electrical magnetic interference. I also share my experiences with antenna installation and offer some tips based on what I have learned.
In addition to installing the antenna, I also show the process of installing an additional data cable for a signal booster. I discuss the importance of running the shortest distance possible from the antenna to the miner in order to minimize noise and interference. I also show how I secured the ladder and tidied up the cables for a neater finish. If this video is helpful, please like, comment, and subscribe, and let me know if there's anything I can improve on in the comments.

Where did you get the kit of pole, cable, clamp and wire? Is it necessary to hard wire it into a Wi-Fi extender? Or can I just hook up to Wi-Fi without the eero extension?
Where did you buy the black cable to connect the miner to the antenna?
Rak antennas are shorted. It means you don't need to ground it. Actually you are loosing around 1dbi doing it.
Interesting, I’ll be testing this to see if it makes any difference. Thank you!
Wow is this true? I justed purchased the rak antenna 8dbi and Im worried about grounding it.
Any feedback on this statement from Marco? Is this accurate?
How many witness do you have now? How much hnt are you making too?
Any improvement?
