Aigle, Switzerland

Aigle is a town in the canton of Vaud in Switzerland with a nice historic centre. The town is surrounded by vineyards.
Aigle has a railway station. SBB trains from Lausanne and Montreux to Sion stop here. You can travel from the railway station with 3 narow gauge railways to Diablerets, Leysin and Champery.
The main sight of Aigle is the castle. It is today a museum and a heritage site of national significance.
