This storage mech is a dumpster fire for a horder
i think 10x storage capacity combined with 10x more vendor money could do wonders on the flow of the game
I don't mind the inventory management honestly but I understand why people would want that. 100% agreed on vendor credits
I just use console to boost the capacity of my transfer container to 999999. I play games to enjoy them, not to grind in some "amazon warehouse simulator in space"
Absolutely right. It's a Single-Player game for gods sake!
Storing items is a pain in the ass and selling items is also a pain in the ass. I just take all my loot and drop it either in a room on my ship or a room in my base. Makes it easier to just pick everything in the room up, craft or build and then redrop it all. You'd think they would have actually put some though into this game
I would love to see a video of you. Building a base behind the lodge and doing what you're talking about
I discovered the lodge storage box the first day I played the game. I found the basement on accident and I always look for stuff to loot.. Just so happened I saw I could dump my junk and later realized I could keep doing it so I dropped all my good stuff too. Now the problem is transporting it to my outposts. I always have so much stuff I havn't noticed if I can use it to research or build when it's at the lodge storage. I know I could use it while I was in the lodge basement and it was all stored.
There is also another similar box and three small boxs in the Lodge basement, all with unlimited storage. So in total there are 6 unlimited storage containers at the Lodge, 1 in your room and 5 in the basememt.
Just finished my base behind the lodge, saw your video on suggested and thought there was going to be an unlimited storage box or something. I have the Introverted Trait but I use companions to help me move things between the outpost and the lodge just with the Fast Travel. It is important to add that the Lodge icon disappears after 999 meters, anywhere below that and you can fast travel.
Yeah I wish there was a crate that can just hold everything or you can just cargo link everything to the lodge. I'm assuming mods will be there eventually. This is a workaround that doesn't involve too much fast traveling between systems especially if you want to keep a fast ship with low cargo space
More than unlimited storage, starfield really need a sorting system with cargo link request based on an amount of resource to keep.
This way you will need only one cargo link per outpost and have resources on demand.
Also, a way to automatically sell / a scrap system for misc items would be appreciated, those are the things i'm waiting for mods to fix

I don't know if they patched it or it's a glitch.
The Eye has an unlimited storage container as well and all spawned bases you clear have them....

fallout 76 doesnt have unlimited storage. it may have now but most people do not have access to the unlimited junk/ammo storage.
I think I meant fallout 4 with the settlements
