Glad you enjoyed

Excellent đ
Can you make a video talking about disbarment and the procedures around that? Also reasons for being disbarred. Who in the legal field can be disbarred? What kind of reasons would it be and who makes the decision to consider a certain legal professional to be up for a disbarment hearing?

So like Texas it say 2 years of law experience but if you have two year do it mean you need little more be a judge I want to be a associate judge đ©ââïž in Texas I live in South Carolina planning on leaving sc just want to know please reply
In order to be eligible for appointment as an associate judge, a person must meet the requirements and qualifications to serve as a judge of the court for which the associate judge is to be appointed. For example, to be eligible for appointment as a district court judge in Texas, you must be a citizen of the United States, a citizen of Texas, at least 25 years old, a resident of the district for 2 years, and a practicing lawyer or judge for 4 years.
I met a judge and he was not compassionate, he ghosted me đ. Great video though, very easy to understand đ€
Any advice for a mid career professional with an advanced degree interested in going back to school for law, while working. Without going into debt? :)

But đIâm looking into it oyyyy I also live in Flordia too thank you!!! đđŸđŻFor this not many people talk about how to become a judge much on here I see
If you don't have a passion for a specific area of being a lawyer, and/or chance at getting into one of the top tier law schools, don't think about becoming a lawyer. It is oversaturated currently, and even people graduating from the top colleges and law schools have a hard time finding jobs. Don't think about the money when you become a lawyer, most are in the upper areas of middle class, but being a lawyer affects almost every aspect of your life so it might not be worth it for some. What's the use of being able to afford all the streaming services you want if you don't have time to watch anything? If you want to make money, be a MD or something. Saving lives is always in demand and will always earn money (although I've heard of many similar aspects of becoming a doctor to a lawyer). Don't treat my advice like it's coming from a successful person, get counsel from your family members, friends, law students and lawyers
@@ianchoi4646 your totally right! And md is for doctors right?
@@emxstasy Yes. Medical doctor. I personally don't know much about that profession so of course research before committing. Maybe you have a passion for law, whatever it is, go for it!
Hi I'm a teen and I want to become a judge what should i do to begin(im in 10th grade)

Can An Indian Lawyer Become A Judge In Uk
Wish maybe you guys would discuss the pros and cons of electing judges versus having retention elections. And also, most importantly, discuss the pros and cons of states where even the state Supreme Court justices are elected and run for reelection against another person. It just seems so crazy to me. I donât trust voters. I donât feel like voters are very intelligent. And thatâs especially true when itâs about judges because how do you know what to judge them off of? A judge isnât supposed to say that theyâre gonna specifically do XY or Z, thereâs supposed to be good judges who are willing to make the hard decisions even if itâs unpopular on a specific case.
I'm really interested put my name down please
But what if God and the people and judges wanted me to be on front of court to work with people
I wish you would be more clear about the fact this video is only useful to people within the state of Florida
Instead of being a lawyer can I be a prosecutor to become a judge?
A prosecutor is also a lawyer
You failed to mention campaign contributions which are actually how most judges get appointed. Why would you omit this information? Oh, yes. That's right. You are attorneys.
No thanks I declare free-will a sovereign element of the life experience and I therefore activate my free-will to withdraw against harmful or deceptive contracts.
So you cant start this career path at 30 pretty much, and expect to get there before you almost die
Yes, the defendant was ignorant and should have been more aware of his actionsđ. However, tickets are fines, not criminal, and the judge shouldn't be practicing law from the bench, rule 3.10... In addition, it is to my belief that bringing new evidence into the record and punishing him for it is up to the prosecution to raise. Apart from this case, this judge has a superiority complex, and the people are beneath him. The way that he speaks to and treats people is not honorable as a public servant.
Yea I live in Florida, my black ass doesnât stand a chance.
