It's true they kept my twin babies for 4 years in foster home every one was making making money, the workers, the doctors, the foster parents, the state people were collecting taxes they agency and program providers would even lie to gain more clients and time. Time is money. The more time they say you need the more money they receive. New Jersey is the worst place to have a CPS case
Please help me, im begging for someone to hear my plea. My next court date is may 27th, my social worker is recommending terminating services & seeking permit placement. She has violated my civil rights so many times. My public defender has not advocated for me. I have so many questions and concerns. I just want my children home. You should report your case to CPS at the capital of your state , then I feel if you can raise the money hire your own attorney, do your own paperwork don't rely on any one, enroll in the same programs that CPS are requiring because the system

I am a retired social worker, every country has their own version of Social Services, I have worked with DIF( distrito interfamiliar). Parents can also go to the consulate of the potential placement for guidance, they worked directly with DIF. This only applies to Latin American countries.
I been fighting since 2018 I did everything on the parenting plan passed every drug test always had a home this is an evil corrupt system

Each time court now there times now disposition maybe two days for 1 1/2 hours each...12 hours a mouth if I figure it right supervised at a contracted center...no games, during mealtime so bring dinner also...and supervising puppet has got to see and hear in english...no whispering while visiting...suppose I have to do it all or else till

My estranged husband and his parents used his community ties to have the judge hold me for a false charge dismissed 7 months prior to sep 19 when cop took me to jail for fta dog at large. In in tenn no leash laws was then. Held with no bond 40 and judge held me from court 72 hours after they took my kids. Me and my kids are being abused mentally physically sexually.. I lost my mom not even. Year before this all happend. Husband left me and kids after getting physical woth me cuz of drug habit. I want to blame idk. I was charged abuse neglect but even his family says noone would believe I did that but noone stopped them from trespassing. By the way iv been harassed 5 years by dcs

When you have children you have to file for custody because if no one files for it custody the state has custody don't have automatically custody of your children just because you them.. go to family Court and file for permanent custody

I can definitely relate to the palm beach Case. They are doing the same thing to me. The only difference is that my child is on a suicide watch because they want to come home

No judge has heard my voice they wont let a grand parent get the kids back home all they say the caseworkers are saying for now two years thier working with the mom i dont want any money i want my kids back

I absolutely believe that it's all about the money for them! The only way they get paid is when they place a child into a foster home! Disgustingly twisted truth!!! How's that NOT working on commission? Everything about DCFS is soul wrenching!!! Including who they DON'T answer to allowing them to do anything they want! Once DCS put my kids in a group home 2 of my kids have been placed on medication due to their extreme behaviors which they say is a result of the abuse/neglect but the kids attorney said there was no proof of these behaviors prior to DCS removal and that their behavior didn't become escalated until after being removed and even told the judge he felt it would be in their best interest to be returned to us but since we haven't checked enough boxes off with DCS they told the judge that they disagree and so the judge sided with them. Also, i believe i have many correspondents from DCS saying that we are still refusing to admit the abuse/neglect and are not willing to see the damage we caused our kids. While in the group home the staff were calling the local PD on 3 of the 4 kids 3-5 times a week due to their extreme behavior because they couldn't control them.

My caseworker from CPS is conduting a meeting with my parole officer and therapists and project 180 this week And I asked what's the meeting about she told me that is to terminate my rights as a parent to place my son how can I stop them from doing that

Social worker wanted to visit with boys and exaggerated conditions I'm sure...wouldn't let them look in adult bedroom , caseworker says, well the visit won't count...2 other times to do same visit...she never came... And used that like it was my doing...me holdin up progress, something not sitting well who wants to make 50,000 or more pro- bono...would be great...I know we can crush dhhs, the school fradulenting attendance numbers... 2 times interviewed without parents concent...money,money,money to be had. And have everyone better educted next time around,but I'm sure the dont fuck with my family message to sink in their minds farther than the lawsuits for all, school false reporting, dhhs, lab( for hair folicle testing) court ordered state suggesting,favor for favor I'm sure...if not alll related...😁

They use your disability against you and then make a whole case around it. The goal is to keep your child or kids in system as long as possible so they can keep getting that federal money. That's why everyone one says defend CPS
How do I reach out to you for advice? I have a hearing coming up this case is ongoing for 2 years, I've been following the case plan, my kids are with grandparents, they just want to come home. My kids are in a home where the foster mother is being allowed to coach them on what to say. She even got caught in court (on Zoom) coaching my boy on what to say. If she’s doing that in court, just imagine what she’s doing in private! But no one will listen. CPS says they won’t move them unless the judge orders it. The director of HHS even said that kids in foster care end up having emotional issues yet she has allowed them to stay where they are knowing what the foster mother is doing. She said that the judge has to order removing them. There was no warrant to take them from my house. Why can’t they removed kids they are responsible for from a foster home that they are responsible for? CPS was able to take the educational rights from the foster mother without a judges order. Why can’t they move the kids? There were never a social worker at any of our visits. Just the foster mother. She lied to CPS and all over town. CPS has not investigated anything. They just do what she says. Then the judge only does what CPS says. I have no money to hire a lawyer (the only one I found took my money and did absolutely nothing). How can I save my kids?

Because of Covidvirus all three of the grandkids are in three different foster home. We the grandparents can't get them united because we live out of state.
I have permanent guardianship of my grandchildren, and it was really easy! I filled in probate court and my daughter (their mother) signed the paperwork! She didn't even go to the court date! CPS was not involved. It was a family decision. But I want the caller to know is my husband and I did it without an attorney and really without their parents! It was easy!

I am so disappointed I am so disappointed I sent you my entire case File and you wanted $5,000 to represent me since my case they swept underneath the rug that she got molested I have fought for a year-and-a-half almost two years and I got her back legally into my custody I sent it to my sister who lives in California because I was going to move to a place that had no water or power and it's been almost 2 years and my sister be legally adopted her change your last name and will not respond to me I have audio tape of both the therapist that my daughter went to stating that they never said the recommendations that were brought up in court I have caught red-handed the DHA lawyer committing perjury and nobody seems to care when I brought up the fact that she was molested and that the DHS was ignoring the fact that she was and sweeping it underneath the rug I got escorted out in handcuffs because I tried to speak up and tell the judge what was going on my daughter told the supervisor at Savio the same thing she told me it was documented and you're nothing was ever done except for removing the other child that molested her from the foster home but yet when he was brought up in court they said unfounded I wish you would have just taking my case pro bono because now I just don't know what to do
