David appeared in my suggestions a couple weeks ago. What a blessing he is because of his ability to clearly express core facts of awareness. I've spent years observing thought patterns, separating those out from identity, working on simply being the observer in a detached way. What's new is hearing the personality being a product of the mental body, or the thought emanations. Makes perfect sense. Why I'm so grateful is that I've been going through this unfolding process for a long time and felt very isolated, due to thinking! It's a great pleasure to hear another being going through the moment by moment work. I don't know if you bother to read the comments David, but a sincere, heart felt thank you for sharing, your thoughtful insights and your help. You're a gem and we all appreciate your efforts
Came to the realisation that there is only consciousness, whom we consciously connect with through stillness, silence and breathwork. The spirit of God, the garden of eden, the holy grail, the kingdom of heaven etc all reside within the body accessed through the breath. Breath is the form consciousness takes. Consciousness is the emptiness.
Came to this realization from some of your other teachings. Being a good person is just a natural product when you begin to wake up, it's not necessarily the way.
The mind, it parrots what it’s told by words, surroundings, experience. Be it known that that the “ mind “ when it pertains to illnesses, plays a tremendous part, check out- book Molecules of Emotion. Also Dr. Hammer and his German New Medicine. Also Dr John Sarno - The mind body connection. As well as Steve Ozanich- The great Pain Deception.
If we have no free will, why do we get judged for our actions? Or do we judge ourselves? I just don't get it yet. I did a awful thing. I can't forgive myself 😢
We get judged by those who know not who or what they are and what is Truth. You need not be judged, who you think you are never did anything. It is life happening.

This type of teaching is what is wrong with humanity. No, your mind is NOT God’s mind. Your mind is your own, and you are just “a god,” like everyone else. None of you are “The God,” either individually or collectively. People’s need to worship something is so bad that they will search for “God,” but when they find themselves, they assume that they ARE God.
Because your soul was washed from its memories. Some people know who they were before. If you don't wake up in this life, you will keep coming back to earth (reincarnation). Some people say when you leave this earth to not go into the light. They program us to go into the light. However, some say the light is actually a trap for you to come back to earth. I have to do more research on that part, and you should as well.
Cause it would take the "realness" out of the game. Who's to say that "god" or matrix universal conciousness created millions of other worlds before the big bang where people did remember they came from a god or are god. Perhaps those worlds did not work out and here we are now with our world where we come out forgetting we came from source. Perhaps one of the wonders of this life is to wake up to this fact we came from source while under going all the hardship of our current game called "life."
Tricky question but my answer is we all know we are God. We are taught to subdue to thoughts and we are trained we are not God. In the sense that a lion is a lion by nature not by the name given to him. But as in the Middle East even the lion can be trained to be a house pet fighting his natural nature.
