Here I am again the second time today. So first of all thank you again for doing this and being so open with us.
Since I already done my journaling today within my tarot journal and I want to gonor that you are sharing personal stuff I decided to just do the answers right here.
What message do I repeat to myself? I'm not good enough. I can't do this. I'm only of value if I'm doing sth that's productive. (How crazy it is that we have the same struggle with that productivity. I wrote my answer before you talked about yours)
What voices do take the most part? My inner critique, my afraid and vulnerable inner child. And the thoughts/opinions I think others think about me if that makes sense.
What does the voice of truth sound like? Counter question: what is the voice of truth? My thoughts aren't always true, more often than not in reality it's sth completely different (like what people actually think about me than what I thought they would). And what others say doesn't have to be true either. Maybe they just don't want to be an ahole and say sth different than what they actually thinking or they are a complete ahole with what they're saying but there's no truth in their statement at all.
Also sth I've noticed is the wave that is depicted on the card. Really fitting since my cards for this month (which I journaled about this morning) are the Knight of Cups and Coral. So a lot of water that wants to come in for me.
