Glasses make you look 30% more serious and 50% more adorable. Also, I love food in boxes. It's like a little present surprise. Have you ever eaten polenta on a wooden cutting board like the one you usually eat on? It's actually traditional, for italians, to eat polenta with tomato sauce and pork meat directly on a wooden board. I'm sure you would love it!

There are different variations of shepherds pie, beef, lamb, etc. Beef shepherd's pie is popular in the states, with mashed potato and cheese topping. However, I believe the Irish or British version uses lamb.

Hi QT from Alaska! I like your channel! I really appreciate how you show everyone that all these things can be made from scratch! I have never even thought about making corndogs: as in my mind they are a freezer food I never buy. But made from scratch, eaten occasionally, some work put into preparation, it's fine! I bought a FryDaddy, and I'm making halibut and chips! Have you thought about buying one? The main reason is to get the oil at the right temp so it doesn't soak in. Otherwise, use a candy thermometer. How did you get started cooking everything like this? Most people don't even consider. I started making bagels, hamburger buns, Tom Kha Gai, and everything else I can think of. Homemade hamburger buns are great, so are English Muffins.
Thank you for the support from Alaska my friend! I have thought about investing in a fryer but I've been used to the pot now and I just found a good technique in deep frying things. Back in the day, it was a lot of trial and errors for sure. Haha. How did I started cooking like this. I've work under great chef's back in the day and went on from there, with my twist on dishes and I would love to learn how to bake my own hamburger buns one day. I dont attempt too much baking because of all the instruction behind baking. Hahah I'm more of a cooking without a recipe guy. Haha

My favorite brand of Hot Dogs are...Beef Ball Park, Nathans, and Hebrew National. Those are awesome, and please try them if you have them in Canada. God Bless to all Soldiers around the World.

Hey Quang! Just wondering how you deep fry these things? Do you just put oil in a pot or how do you do it?
Hey Damian! Yes, I just use any deep pot. You will need to play around with your heat of oil because too hot might burn it. Too low might not fry properly. If its your first time frying. I suggest you find a deep fryer with temperature gauges. So you will know how hot to have the oil at. Be safe when frying things and always experiment and create new things! Happy Cooking my friend!
