1: you can use water to make the lava into obsidian
2: you can endpearl
3: you can use disconnect invincibility to go across the lava
4: he can just use the blocks in his inventory, dont say he has no blocks, in 5:39 - 5:40 you can see he has alot of blocks like leaves, sponge, cobblestone, and stained glass
