- Welcome to my channel! Join me on an exciting adventure as I, a female South African rider, embark on my first ride after more than two months of not riding. In this episode, I teamed up with a friend to head to the West Coast of Western Cape for a brunch, eager to test if I still have my riding skills intact.
However, our plans took an unexpected turn due to unfavorable weather conditions. Despite the change of plans, our ride remained epic. The N7 Cape Namib road welcomed us with open arms, allowing me to ride faster than usual and relish every moment on the road.

Is your l/100 km below 5? I know people say bikes have a lower consumption, but is that the case on the open road e.g. full tank, fully loaded (paniers, tank bag) etc.
My bike is 11 litres and I can do a little less than 300km max on a high way. I’ve never had paniers so I’m not sure. But will find out for you.
Hey Maki, I have observed that in almost all of your videos you never lock the handle bars whenever you leave your bike alone.
Eish 😫 true. I forget. Also it’s something I recently learned that handle bars can be locked 🙈
