On a sunny day in July 2020, Graeme went for a bike ride in the forest trails in Port Moody. Port Moody has some excellent biking trails, and initially, that's what Graeme wanted to showcase in this video! Starz is the trail highlighted in this video, up in Bert Flinn park. Today, Bert Flinn is the city’s largest and most tranquil nature park. It supports a diverse ecosystem that includes bear (as we can see!), cougar, bobcat, deer, and wetland habitat for the the northwestern salamander and the red-legged frog, a species at risk.
We're happy to showcase our beautiful little home town of Port Moody, about 45 minutes outside of Vancouver, to the rest of the world.
The bike is a Trek Slash 9.8. This is not a paid endorsement or advertisement of the bike; all footage was simply to add cinematic value.
Filmed and edited by Graeme Nolan.
    Produced by Millennial Culture.
