It's funny how nobody ever have an oven. It's like if the food is so cheap that nobody really cooks more then a breakfast in their small condos :P

From what I've seen Hua Hin is a great retirement destination with reasonable prices.

i really like the look of these. I like the fact that I could grow plants and herbs in the kitchen thanks to that fantastic window feature. Very intimate with the hedges as well. The pool is what sold me. I love swimming.

those high ceilings on the first room 40m2 are great one of the best rooms ive seen for 10000 baht wish i could take advantage of a deal like that but will be another year before i get out to thailand full time, thanks for sharing and all your hard work johnny.

Another great video Johnny , I was just reading through the comments and someone had asked about a golf villa , I’d be interested in that also if you get the chance. I was thinking Black Mountain would get a lot of hits as it’s known world wide as one of the best if not “ The Best “ golf course in all of Thailand …. Go get some sleep !

Definitely prefer the toilet in a separate space(room).

My Wife, myself and 15 year old Daughter were vacationing in Thailand from the USA. We stayed at this resort. Very nice. The manager very smart. I had Thai massage every day in my room. The Ocean two blocks away close by. Very nice….

Nice apartments I would love to retire there but it seems not that easy to do with all the red tape and immigration.
Great apartment. Good price. Quite different from your average apartment. One problem; open spaces, high ceiling. Electric bill could be a problem depending on kwh price & how hot it gets in the apartment night & day. Love kitchen set up; especially electric oven. Don't use microwave. 👍🇻🇳🏠

Jonny it would be nice to know with rentals in the area is there lots of restaurants and things to walk to or is vehicle necessary.
Yes is in a fairly central location with some great restaurants mostly seafood restaurants actually because it’s so close to the beach

I have an excellent dentist she studied in New York and you also got Bangkok hospital here in a few public hospitals in a fairly good hope this helps

How many meters long is that pool? As a lap swimmer, having an olympic length pool for exercise (50m) is a bonus.

Wow, my building sevice charge for my apatment Is 300 GBP per montht, we don't have a pool or fitness, and tv/ internet is 50 GBP per month!

It's not exact, but if you want to convert baht to USD quickly in your head, just take off a zero and divide by 3. So 10000 baht. Take off a zero you get 1000, divide by 3 you get roughly $333.
