You’re the only guy going this much into detail! Keep it up!
Thanks for the kind words. We appreciate you watching.
this was a great video for a newbie like myself. I’m gonna have to check out the Texas classes because I just got my first hunting rifle and I need all the help I can get! 😂
This is all true and I would rather have a reticle with information to use in it but most people in the United States are shooting deer 300 yards and in. A typical height of a deers body is 18 inches. If your rifle drops 12 inches at 300 yards it isn’t too difficult to know to aim 2/3 of the body height of the deer above it. Not to mention with a duplex scope reticle usually sighted in 3 inches high at 100 yards with most rifle calibers you’ll be in the kill zone from point blank out to 300.
Yep. All about finding what works best for you.
A video showing how to use the retical ganging a target with the second focal plane would be awesome!
I always use FFP, however after watching your videos SFP you can (I think) get more from you scope.
FFP seems to be for beginners.
I’m not trash talking just a student. Thank you.
Great idea.
it seems from initial videos on your page, do y’all prefer MOA over MIL? If so, a video on why would be helpful
Great idea. We will do just that and will let you know when it's ready.
