The wall conduit should be double. For outside lights and internal fan for windows or door intake air flow.

Is this the standard 25mm (28mm) panel? How do you work out pricing? Is it based on square meterage and then a cutting cost?

What do you see in shipping cost for EU

I'd like to build mine with these, but learning how to work with it is a mystery. I've seen use of simply glue, then I've seen plastic welds. I have no idea what's ideal.

How structurally sound is this? I’m looking at building my own 5ft by 8ft off roading trailer. Does this need to be supported by or bolted / screwed into aluminum or steel for the cabin?

Hi Kyle, we simply bond the panel to the sub frame, creating a monocoque. Check out some of our other videos such as the destruction test one. We've had product out in the field for over 15 years, travelling some of the toughest roads in Australia.

Is the walls button joined floor level. Making outside dia bigger buy wall thickness. And there not enough info for diy on other designs you got.

Hi Rusty, we have many videos of our products and installations on our CZcams channel, over 100 in fact. Our website has a lot of information on the products as well. What content specifically would you like to see?

    • @RustyCandyAdventures

On the stm 20-240 it looks like walls are bottom butt joined making it sit on top of chassis. Thus making this camper wider. As from the start of this video you say the floor 2400mm x 1450mm The roof front wall cut in and the walls are on the outer. Making the over all size different. So start of video and the finish build looks not same to me. I liked to build and I am shore your there to help. Russell

      Hi Rusty,
It all depends on each build and that individuals chassis requirements.
Our requirements are a 50mm surface area to bond the panel to that is integral to the sub frame. Only in toy haulers do we see them sitting on top of the chassis as the vehicles are at max width.
This will be bonded to the side of the frame. Generally speaking, all measurements given are O/A, not inside measurements.

Can anyone build one of these or just people that have access to an overhead crane with a suction system to lift the roof on.

This build was heading out to a DIY customer who would have been building this at home! With the whole panel set coming in at under 100kg, this is certainly manageable for a DIY build.
