Smita Bharti is the executive director of Sakshi NGO and a social activist. Apart from being a theater director, she is also a social worker and writer. She was born on August 2, 1964. She was born and brought up in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. Her father's name is Agnaram Kshetrapal. Her mother's name is Nirmal. She complet ed her schooling at Auckland School, Shimla, in 1982. she completed his graduation in literature and psychology from Delhi University in 1985. Later in the year 1987, she moved to Tamil Nadu to complete it. He has a master's degree from Annamalai University. He has completed over 20 years of living with communities across social, class, and age groups. Her story is full of many struggles. After getting married at a very young age, she endured everything for about 12 years. But despite all this, today Smita Bharti is standing firmly on her feet. Smita Bharti has been fighting against child sexual abuse for the last many years.

Smita Bharti, Sakshi NGO की Executive Director और social activist हैं। वह एक Theater Director होने के अलावा एक Social worker and writer भी हैं। उनका जन्म 02 अगस्त 1964 को हुआ था। उनका जन्म और पालन-पोषण Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India में हुआ। उनके पिता का नाम आज्ञाराम क्षेत्रपाल है। उनकी मां का नाम निर्मल है. उन्होंने अपनी स्कूली शिक्षा वर्ष 1982 में Auckland School, Shimla से पूरी की। उन्होंने वर्ष 1985 में Delhi University से साहित्य और मनोविज्ञान विषय में स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी की। बाद में वर्ष 1987 में, वह इसे पूरा करने के लिए Tamil Nadu चली गईं। Annamalai University से उनकी मास्टर डिग्री है। उन्होंने सामाजिक, वर्ग और आयु वर्ग के समुदायों के साथ रहने के 20 वर्ष से अधिक पूरे कर लिए हैं। इनकी कहानी काफी संघर्षों से भरी हुई है. बेहद कम उम्र में married होने के बाद करीब 12 सालों तक इन्होंने सबकुछ सहा. लेकिन इन सबके बावजूद आज स्मिता भारती अपने पैरों काफी मजबूती से खड़ी है.Smita Bharti, child sexual abuse के ख़िलाफ़ ये पिछले कई सालों से लड़ रही है.

I lost my father at the age of 12...we are 3 sisters and a brother ... my elder sister was around 17 when my father died...my father was bed ridden for 2 years. Some relatives advised my parents to get my elder sister married but my parents refused and decided to marry us off only when we become financially independent. The struggle was not easy for my mother. Now, my elder sister is a lecturer, the other one is a gynecologist (after marriage she again did radiology) and i am a CA. I am proud of my parents and hats off to my mother. Financial Independence gives strength to the girls.

Goose bumps !! मुझे लगता है हर घर मैं अधितकम बच्चियां ये झेलती है और ये अधिकतर घर के या परिचित होते हैं , लगभग 7 वर्ष की थी ताऊ के बेटे ने सोते मैं छुआ कुछ अजीब लगा , अगले दिन मां से कहा भैया के साथ नहीं सोऊंगी , मेरी बेटी करीब 10 वर्ष की थी जब मेरी बहन के पति ने मेरी बेटी से छेड़ छाड़ की ओर काफी लंबे समय तक की , बेटी मुझे बताने में डरती रही और जब उसने मुझे बताया तो मैंने अपनी मां को बताया पर उन्होंने भी ध्यान नहीं दिया पर धीरे धीरे मैंने अपनी बहन और उसके परिवार से संपर्क छोड़ दिया , उस इंसान ने अपने घर की किसी बच्ची को नहीं छोड़ा लेकिन किसी ने उसका विरोध नहीं किया की समाज में बच्ची बदनाम होती है, मेरी बेटी उस मानसिक तनाव से बहुत लम्बे समय तक नहीं निकल पाई 😢😢
हा,ऐसा होता है और समाज इसको ज्यादा बड़ी बात नहीं मानता जो कि ग़लत है बहुत,और कुछ तो रेप जैसी घटनाओं के बाद भी रिस्ते निभाते रहते हैं।ये कडवी सच्चाई है समाज की।
