I was up in your neck of the woods last month. I think the reason you're not getting as many problems with the GoPro is the outside temperature. It was 7°C in June in Skipton (cracking roads in and around Settle and Ingleton) and 9°C in Kirklees. Hot it definitely wasn't! Luckily, I'd brought the windproof lining for the jacket as well as a waterproof over jacket. Even so, it was a bit chilly. Glad to get back to France and 18°C
The discounts for the workshop manuals will certainly come in handy. I'm still not sure on the looks of the BMW adventure but did notice in my local BMW Motorrad dealer that there plenty of the 1250 adventure sold ready to go out. Prices for them were close to £22k. It would seem the older bikes are being snapped up. Both the old and the new are not for me, too big and heavy for what I need or want, good to see BMW trying something new.
I did check the website for Manuals TBW but was a bit put off as when I previewed the said manual for my project it showed a pic of a Haynes manual which I already have and there were quite a few poor reviews so not sure on that one .Good watch and very interesting as usual . I have to say looks wise I did think the new iteration of of the GS looks good but the price not so much 😉I'd rather have the CFMoto no doubt .👌👍
You didn't mention service costs, i bet that servicing your CF Moto is way way cheaper than the GS having myself once owning a BM i know how much they charge for extras and severing, no one does it as expensive as they do.
I loved the looks of the R1300 and yesterday saw a video of the ADV in all the colors. They look grand and the more I see, the more I like., but at age 71, I got 2 RE's and am happy with them. If I was much younger and had a better paying job than what I had, I would consider buying one. Think you made a wise purchase.
I think the 1300gs looks a bit like the Pan America.
I find the genuine factory manuals are handy for those like me , who have been spannering & repairing bikes for years . The Haynes manuals were better for those , who had limited knowledge , & wanted to have a go at doing more than basic servicing . I find the Factory workshop manuals tend to assume full mechanical knowledge & access to official special factory tools . The Haynes manuals often suggested safe alternatives where possible , I always tended to have both Haynes & factory manuals . They don’t do a proper old school paper manual for my latest bike ,they expect us to become like IT office nerds & download everything . Lucky enough the same engine & stuff like valve settings were used on other models ,& I have been able to source the valve settings & most torque settings . No doubt discount offers on nerdy coms & sat nav contraptions , will be welcome to those unable to leave their homes without one, for fear of getting lost in supermarket car park , or on what’s probably the best direction sign posted roads on our planet . Nice to see you still enjoying the new ADV bike , but judging by your track record I will be very surprised , if you still have it in your stable of motorised steeds ,this time next year . 👍

Just got my cf moto 450 mt and loving it, really well made.
I couldn't get on with that 790 engine as it would not hold a steady speed and hunted all over the place on my 790 duke.
Because the Garmin means you can run navigation and camera footage/ car play/TPMS simultaneously without having to switch between functions
The plugging is fine and useful now and again. I think its a good thing. I looked back on your previous videos on the Honda VF12OOX Cross Tourer. They were great, including the odd blooper. Good Channel.

I used your discount code which got me a great price on the Aoocci, I got it fitted but I have found that it will only record in the "N" video format i.e. 720n and 1080n, if I try to record in "P" i.e. 720p and 1080p the picture is all over the place. "N" format is only half that of "P" so it a bit disappointing, I'm hoping it's just a faulty unit so would ask if you are recording in "P" with success?
EDIT: I've been in touch with Aoocci and it's not faulty, they don't record in "P" despite their advert saying they do; only in "N", disappointing!

Just checked Emanuals, they don't do the current Moto Guzzi V7iii, only up to 2012, there is no currant Guzzis covered 😵💫

You've got me looking at the 650 MT now. As I'm still restricted currently. I've still got my Super Meteor but having the same issues with long distance riding. And I've already upgraded the rear shocks. Problem is the Super Meteor puts a bow in my back and after 5 hours it's becomes unbearable.
